Wonderland was created by an author who wanted to fill a story with his imagination.
Mockingbird Academy was created by an author whose parents were both teachers. The author went to private schools and saw pros and cons to their strategy. His mind was filled with questions:
- What makes an ideal student?
- How can parents and the school board improve their role?
The author was aware of real life experiences where parents and a school board improved things (his mother was a teacher there).
A home-schooling setup like Mockingbird Academy can exist only in fiction. It would be too expensive to try to provide a Mockingb
